Role Overview

As an ECG Operator I in our Gananoque production department, you will play a vital role in manufacturing high-quality ECG electrodes. This full-time position features 12-hour rotating shifts: two weeks on days (7am-7pm) and two weeks on nights (7pm-7am), following a schedule of Week 1 (Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat) and Week 2 (Sun, Wed, Thu). Starting at $22.00 per hour plus a $0.84 shift differential, this role offers bonus eligibility based on individual and company performance. Key Responsibilities

Your daily contributions ensure seamless production and product integrity:

• Maintain accountability for product quality and safety compliance in all operations.
• Set up and operate packaging machines while upholding high standards of quality and cleanliness.
• Handle material replenishment and perform necessary adjustments to optimize workflow.
• Execute line clearance procedures and setups to enable efficient, timely changeovers.
• Participate in non-conformance investigations and resolution processes as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

We seek candidates with a strong mechanical aptitude and commitment to excellence:

• Education: High school diploma preferred.
• Technical Skills: Troubleshooting and resolution capabilities; ability to perform normal mechanical adjustments and routine maintenance.
• Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and 5S methodology; good documentation practices.
• Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication; ability to interpret and follow instructions.
• Asset: Knowledge of the ECG Electrode Department and related equipment.
