Role Overview

The ECG Operator II position at our Gananoque facility offers a dynamic opportunity in medical device manufacturing. This full-time role involves operating advanced electrode machines on a rotating 12-hour shift schedule: two weeks on days (7am-7pm) and two weeks on nights (7pm-7am), following a pattern of Week 1 (Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat) and Week 2 (Sun, Wed, Thu). With a pay range of $21.60 to $32.94 per hour plus a $0.84 shift differential, and eligibility for performance-based bonuses, this role rewards skill, dedication, and contributions to quality. Key Responsibilities

As an ECG Operator II, you'll play a vital role in ensuring product quality and safety compliance. Core duties include:

• Setting up and operating electrode machines while upholding high standards of quality, cleanliness, and GMP protocols.
• Managing material replenishment, adjustments, and line clearance for efficient changeovers.
• Troubleshooting machine issues, performing mechanical adjustments, and routine maintenance.
• Participating in equipment and process improvement initiatives, including idea generation and implementation.
• Following good documentation practices and contributing to non-conformance investigations.
• Applying 5S methodology to maintain an organized, safe workspace.

Knowledge of ECG electrode production is a strong asset, enabling seamless contributions to our high-volume manufacturing environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

We seek candidates with:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for team collaboration.
• Proven ability to interpret instructions, troubleshoot machinery, and make adjustments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, which may be assessed via reasoning tests.
• Familiarity with GMP, 5S, and precise documentation practices.
