Role Overview

The eCommerce Sales Leader position at PepsiCo in Utrecht, Netherlands, is a strategic role within the eCommerce eGrocery team. Key Responsibilities

Define customer-specific strategies encompassing assortment, promotions, and activations while owning commercial relationships for flawless execution.

Performance Marketing and Optimization

Own the end-to-end execution of 'Always On' demand generation activities in collaboration with Retail Media Networks, including planning, execution, and evaluation. Optimize the digital shelf and customer journey to ensure optimal product visibility. Maintain scorecards, evaluate ROIs, and translate data into actionable insights and test-and-learn initiatives.

Cross-Functional Leadership

Act as a digital champion supporting wider sales teams with omnichannel thinking. Manage cross-functional relationships across Finance, Shopper Marketing, Customer Insights, Supply Chain, Brand Marketing, and Category Management. Drive eCommerce capability building for Benelux commercial teams and serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for the Global Category Captain (GCC) within the Europe Digital & eCommerce community.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates must hold a Master's Degree and possess excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Dutch. A minimum of 5 years of commercial experience is required, including at least 2 years in eCommerce. Solid digital trading experience, understanding of commercial levers, and the ability to partner internally and externally are essential.
