Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Einrichter (m/w/d) - Setter for our Zwenkau production site. This full-time, mid-level role involves setting up injection molding machines, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth operations in a shift-based environment. Ideal for experienced plastics technicians ready to contribute to high-quality packaging production.

Key Responsibilities

• Expert setup of injection molding machines and robot peripherals
• Planning, implementing, and testing machine changeovers
• Troubleshooting issues, optimizing processes, and maintaining production flow
• Testing new in-mould labels, masterbatches, and base materials
• Setting up and monitoring optical inspection systems like Mevisco MPC/MIPS and Keyence CV-X/XGVision
• Daily maintenance of production equipment
• Order processing and deputizing for the shift leader
• Ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Completed apprenticeship as Verfahrensmechaniker Kunststoff-/Kautschuktechnik or equivalent technical training
• Professional experience in the field
• Knowledge of injection molding machines advantageous
• Automation skills desirable
• Experience with multi-level and 2-component tooling preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
• Excellent German language skills
• Willingness to work shifts
• Independent, careful, and team-oriented work style
