Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you'll drive impact at scale by:

• Designing and delivering digital and in-person trainings on Nike's product innovations, brand narratives, and seasonal initiatives for owned and partner stores.
• Creating onboarding and immersion experiences that embed Nike's culture, values, and expectations into new teammates.
• Translating Brand Marketing campaigns into retail-relevant storytelling and on-ground activations.
• Building strong relationships with coaches, trainers, and authenticators, enabling them as Nike ambassadors.
