  • Implement safety measures like arc flash mitigation and fault detection systems to safeguard personnel and infrastructure.
  • Deliver technical expertise on power distribution, electrical schematics, and system layouts for new builds and facility upgrades.
  • Manage end-to-end engineering projects, aligning with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
  • Ensure full compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and foster innovation.
  • Mentor junior engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, adapting to evolving project demands.

Required Qualifications

Williams seeks top talent with proven experience in electrical engineering within energy sectors. Qualifications vary by level:

Staff Level

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited university, OR Bachelor’s in Engineering Technology with P.E. license and 15+ years in natural gas, data centers, or related fields.
  • Preferred: Master’s in Electrical Engineering.

Senior Level

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from ABET-accredited university, OR Bachelor’s in Engineering Technology with P.E. license and 8+ years relevant experience.
  • Preferred: P.E. license and Master’s in Electrical Engineering.

Level III

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from ABET-accredited university, OR Bachelor’s in Engineering Technology with P.E. license and 4+ years relevant experience.
  • Preferred: P.E. license and Master’s in Electrical Engineering.

Core Job Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with safety as top priority.
