As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer at PepsiCo's Giza facility in Egypt, you'll ensure our production equipment runs at peak efficiency. Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day will involve hands-on maintenance and strategic oversight:

• Maintain equipment at required efficiency levels while applying safety procedures for people and assets.
• Lead and support the maintenance team administratively and technically on a daily basis.
• Achieve and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), issuing periodic follow-up reports.
• Troubleshoot control systems including PLCs, drives, and electrical instrumentation devices.
• Monitor weekly consumption of electricity, water, and gas, controlling maintenance expenses.
• Revise spare parts withdrawals above MLE 10, cooperate with purchasing on technical issues, and annually review strategic items.
• Ensure work orders align with spare parts usage, update item card limits, and approve purchases.
• Inspect new spare parts, maintain workshop equipment, and participate in project planning.
• Follow up on contractors' performance, revise equipment registries, and implement AIBI, TPM, EMS, and ERP systems.
• Enhance PM programs, train teams, and drive TPM execution for superior equipment performance.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed, you'll need:

• Engineering degree with an Electrical Major.
• 1-2 years of experience in electrical maintenance, ideally in manufacturing or food & beverage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in computers, time management, and problem-solving.

Experience with PLCs, drives, and instrumentation is highly valued, along with a proactive approach to safety and efficiency.
