Role Overview

  • Working independently on complex problems, recommending new processes, and guiding less experienced team members.
  • Adhering to quality guidelines, maintaining certifications, and ensuring operations meet established parameters.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates should demonstrate senior-level expertise:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance or manufacturing preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associates degree in electrical/electronics or equivalent strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in computer operations, including hardware (CPU, monitors, board-level) and software (Microsoft Office, AutoCAD Electrical).
  • Strong knowledge of Allen Bradley systems: Control Logix, Panel View Plus HMI, Micrologix, PLC-5, RSLogix 5000, RSLinx, Factory Talk, CCW, Drive Executive, and Visual Motion.

This position requires minimal supervision, independent decision-making within guidelines, and the ability to train others. Relevant licenses, training, and certifications must be maintained.
