Role Overview

As an Electrical Technician at PepsiCo's Kashira Plant in Russia, you will play a critical role in maintaining the reliability of our state-of-the-art production lines. Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day duties will keep our plant running at peak performance:

  • Determine faults and root causes in electrical equipment, plant-wide systems, and ASUTP automation systems.
  • Execute emergency repairs and swiftly resolve electrical breakdowns to minimize production interruptions.
  • Diagnose functionality of control and management systems, replace defective components, perform configurations, program loading, and identify critical parameters affecting equipment performance.
  • Conduct routine patrols and inspections of electrical installations to proactively spot issues.
  • Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance on all electrical apparatus.
  • Monitor and process maintenance requests in SAP, generate TORO work orders for planned activities, and rectify food safety and industrial safety observations.
  • Oversee technical documentation, verify availability and condition of electrical schematics in control cabinets, and update them as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should bring:

  • Education at secondary specialized level or higher in electrical engineering or related field.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within maintenance and production teams.
  • Advanced proficiency with PCs and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Electrical safety clearance group 3 or above.
  • Proven ability to read, interpret, and work from electrical schematics.

Experience in the food and beverage manufacturing sector, particularly with automation systems like ASUTP, is highly desirable.
