• Conducting breakdown analysis to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
• Overseeing general housekeeping, line upgrades, and activities of outside contractors.
• Managing package changeovers, enforcing GMP, safety, and audit standards.
• Maintaining detailed documentation of work schedules and completed tasks.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed, candidates must meet basic qualifications and bring helpful experience:

Basic Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Pass a technical assessment covering job-critical maintenance knowledge.
• Experience with basic electrical systems (starters, fuses, contacts, relays).
• Proficiency in electrical systems installation, frequency drives, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and apply product manuals, schematics, and mechanical drawings (hydraulics, pneumatics).
• Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical breakdowns and diagnostics.

Helpful Experience

• Mechanical systems like gear boxes, chains, motors, seals, and bearings.
• Compressors, ammonia/refrigeration systems, conveyors, and airveyors.
• Electronics including level probes, flow meters, VFDs, gearing, hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, and SERVO motors.
• PLC systems, kinematics, high-speed packaging, preventative maintenance software, and team-based environments.
