The Electro-Mechanical Technician - Nights position at PepsiCo's Phoenix facility is a pivotal role in maintaining the high-speed production of beverages and snacks. • Read schematics, mechanical drawings, and manuals to pinpoint issues.
• Perform gearing rebuilds, pump maintenance, and electronics diagnostics.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed, candidates must be 18+ and pass a technical assessment covering job-critical maintenance areas. Basic qualifications include experience with basic electrical systems (starters, fuses, relays), advanced electrical installation/troubleshooting (frequency drives), product manuals, electrical schematics, mechanical breakdown troubleshooting, and reading mechanical drawings (hydraulics, pneumatics).
