Qualifications & Requirements

• A DEC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent diploma.
• Specialization in instrumentation & control, industrial electronics, or electodynamics (or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), plus general expertise in mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
• Proficiency in welding and comfort with computer systems and emerging technologies.
• Excellent physical condition to handle loads of 30-50 lbs.
• Demonstrated responsibility, autonomy, and ability to prioritize repairs effectively.

Assets include 1-3 years of relevant experience and a Class C electrical certification (license). If you meet these criteria, you'll excel in maintaining PepsiCo's high standards.
