As an Electronic Document Management Support Specialist at PepsiCo in Nizhny Novgorod, Russia, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless electronic document exchange (EDO) processes, particularly for marked products under Russia's 'Chestny Znak' national monitoring system. This full-time position demands precision, technical acumen, and strong collaboration skills to maintain compliance, resolve issues, and support sales operations. Reporting to the EDO team lead, you will handle monitoring, error resolution, reporting, and stakeholder consultations in a fast-paced food and beverage environment. Conduct daily monitoring of reports on unprocessed electronic invoices (eUPD) and consignment notes (eUKD) caused by marking errors. Perform in-depth analysis of marking discrepancies within EDO systems, eliminate inconsistencies, and track successful document submissions to ensure regulatory compliance.
Verify the dispatch of documents in EDO platforms and execute resends based on internal or client requests. Log incidents related to EDO functionality, whether due to internal issues or third-party provider platforms, and oversee their resolution to restore normal operations swiftly.
Provide expert consultations to clients and sales teams on EDO processes for marked products. Participate in testing new information system (IS) developments, deliver training sessions for new hires, and foster knowledge sharing across departments.
Generate regular reports on EDO performance and distribute them to management and relevant departments. Collaborate with adjacent units such as RCC, legal, credit control, and sales to resolve document discrepancies, correct issues promptly, and enhance overall efficiency. Track statuses on the 'Chestny Znak' portal and take corrective actions for problematic cases.
To succeed in this role, candidates must hold a higher or secondary specialized education. A deep understanding of EDO processes, marking regulations, and 'Chestny Znak' compliance is essential. You should possess advanced communication and presentation skills to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders.
