• Optimizing E2E workflows for electronic transport documents and maintaining up-to-date playbooks, instructions, and procedures.
• Overseeing counterparty onboarding to EDI systems, quality reporting for transport EDI exchanges, and carrier connections.
• Liaising with business functions and partners to continuously improve support processes and document handling quality.

Qualifications & Requirements

• A higher education degree, preferably in Economics, Finance, Management, or IT.
