The Electronic Transport Documents Development Expert role at PepsiCo in Moscow Lianozovo is a pivotal position in our supply chain digitalization efforts. This expert will spearhead the advancement of electronic data interchange (EDI) for transport documents, transitioning from paper-based processes to fully automated electronic systems. Monitor and prepare requirements for legislative updates on electronic transport documents, ensuring business continuity in shipping, receiving, acceptance, and payments. Lead rollout, user training, and post-implementation evaluations.
Develop automation tools for monitoring EDI flows, reduce control points, and create reporting requirements for enhanced process transparency to business users and leadership.
Serve as functional expert for EDI support teams, prepare instructional materials, conduct training, and collaborate with vendors on emerging tech trends like AI-driven automation.
To succeed in this role, candidates must hold a higher education degree in technical fields, management, finance, automation, or IT. A minimum of 3-5 years of full-cycle EDI project experience is essential, including business process diagnostics, mapping, and deep understanding of EDI advantages. Proficiency in SAP and 1C is required, with strong technical EDI skills and knowledge of legal terminology. Experience implementing electronic transport documents is a significant plus, alongside familiarity with PMI or Agile methodologies. AI automation experience and English proficiency are advantageous.
