Key Responsibilities

Forecasting, Planning, and Reporting

Support timely execution of annual operating plans and key forecast reviews (QxF), providing clear cause-of-change analysis. Collaborate with Global and Hub Finance teams to enhance ways of working (WoW), boosting forecast accuracy for labor and infrastructure costs.

Business Partnering and Reporting Alignment

Partner with EMEA OUs, Region Functions, and Reporting COE to ensure accurate GCC productivity reporting in PowerSteering. Secure sign-offs on design outcomes and implications for business cases (BC).

Migration Plan Management

Align and maintain migration plans across diverse stakeholder groups including Change, HR, Functions, and EMEA Markets, driving consistency and execution.

PMO and Stakeholder Support

Prepare regular presentations for Global GCC, EMEA GCC Leadership Team (LT), and OU teams. Deliver Sector GCC Business Case follow-ups, ad-hoc requests from design and OU teams, and coordinate meetings to advance the GCC agenda.

Qualifications & Requirements

To excel as EMEA GCC Finance Analyst, candidates need excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly advanced Excel proficiency. Preferred experience includes PowerSteering and PowerBI.
