Role Overview

The EMEA HRBP - French Speaking role reports directly to the EMEA HR Manager and serves as a strategic partner for key business units. This full-time position demands fluency in French and English, blending employee advocacy with business acumen to align HR strategies with organizational goals. You'll drive employee engagement surveys, talent initiatives, learning & development, and compensation analysis while maintaining deep business literacy on financials, plans, and competition. With 10% travel across Europe, this role offers exposure to diverse markets in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

As an EMEA HRBP, your impact will span multiple critical areas:

• Balance business partnering with employee advocacy to foster a positive, high-performing culture.
• Manage Work Council relationships in France and Benelux regions.
• Lead local and regional HR projects on talent, culture, employee surveys, and compensation (40% of time).
• Act as a change agent and culture curator, collaborating with HR Centers of Expertise.
• Develop plans to boost employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, and inclusion.
• Coach leaders as a strategist, architect, and influencer in key people decisions.
• Champion talent development, hiring for key positions, and competitive compensation programs.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet these essential criteria:

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
• Experience: 3+ years in HR Business Partner roles; ideal experience with Work Councils.
• Languages: Fluent French and English required.
• Industry Preference: Background in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device sectors is a plus.
• Skills: Proven time management, multitasking, interpersonal communication, and relationship-building abilities. Strong computer skills, discretion, and adaptability in a fast-paced setting.
