The EMEA HRBP - French Speaking role reports directly to the EMEA HR Manager and serves as a strategic partner for key business units. This full-time position demands fluency in French and English, blending employee advocacy with business acumen to align HR strategies with organizational goals. You'll drive employee engagement surveys, talent initiatives, learning & development, and compensation analysis while maintaining deep business literacy on financials, plans, and competition. With 10% travel across Europe, this role offers exposure to diverse markets in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
