Role Overview

The EMEA HRBP - French Speaking role reports directly to the EMEA HR Manager and serves as a strategic partner for key business units. You'll drive employee engagement surveys, talent initiatives, learning & development, and compensation analysis while maintaining deep business literacy on financials, plans, and competition.   • Experience: 3+ years in HR Business Partner roles; ideal experience with Work Councils.
  • Languages: Fluent French and English required.
  • Industry Preference: Background in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device sectors is a plus.
