Key Responsibilities at MongoDB

• Build and lead a high-performing distributed team of Program Managers across multiple cultures and time zones
• Guide EMEA PMO operations through portfolio governance, talent development, and organizational transformation initiatives
• Partner strategically with global PMO and Technical Services leadership to champion regional expertise
• Translate global strategic priorities into successful regional outcomes across MongoDB's diverse EMEA markets

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience managing distributed teams across multiple regions/cultures (strongly preferred)
