• Maintain accurate, thorough documentation in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with strong attention to detail and urgency.
• Deliver exceptional candidate experiences through outstanding written and verbal communication.

• Research companies, market trends, industry news, and pioneer innovative talent-finding strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements

We're seeking driven penultimate-year students (2027 graduates) ready to make an impact. Key qualifications include:

• Working towards a degree in Information Technology, Business, Communications, Human Resources, Organizational Development, social sciences, or a related field.
• Demonstrated interest in technology, cybersecurity, and/or talent acquisition.
• Adaptability to learn new tools and processes quickly.
• Experience in customer service, communications, and multitasking/problem-solving.
• Experience with LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus; HR or Talent Acquisition exposure is advantageous.
• Strong written/verbal communication, organizational, and planning skills.
• A passion for learning about technology and cybersecurity.
