As Responsable Clients Finaux (End-Customer Manager) for Paris 08, 16, and 17, this CDD position within PepsiCo France's Sales - Away-from-Home (AFH) team challenges you to propel sales in the dynamic out-of-home sector. You'll manage key clients, optimize partnerships with wholesalers, and drive volume, distribution, and innovation listings. Deliver on sector-specific goals for volume sales, net distribution (DN), innovation listings, and priority product ranges while adhering to commercial policies.
Optimize tools and resources provided to hit individual and team KPIs in sales, DN, and point-of-sale materials (PDL).
Work closely with regional wholesalers to enhance sell-in, distribution, and promotional activities, respecting managerial guidelines.
Embody a challenge-driven, team-oriented spirit, contributing to collective goals and maintaining high cohesion within the sales force.
Leverage negotiation skills to identify and grow high-potential clients in the AFH network.
Bac+3/5 qualification with initial field sales experience. Strong knowledge of the Away-from-Home sector and FMCG/agro-food markets is essential.
Mastery of sales methods, excellent interpersonal skills, boldness, adaptability, and a passion for challenges. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and full autonomy required. Mobility across France for short- and medium-term career progression is key.
