• Plan and organize technically sound exploitation and repairs for systems including water supply, reverse osmosis, compressed air (8-40 bar), heating, hot water, ammonia and freon refrigeration, circulating water, natural gas, and ventilation.
• Prevent accidents and downtimes through proactive maintenance strategies and reliable equipment management.
• Develop and maintain a preventive repair system, including budgeting, cost control, and vendor interactions.
• Interact with state regulatory bodies, manage staffing, provide team training, and handle technical documentation and reporting.
• Participate in commissioning new or repaired equipment, ensuring seamless integration.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this role, you need a strong technical foundation and leadership prowess:

• Higher technical education in a relevant engineering field.
• Deep knowledge of energy sector regulations, technical operation rules, and safety standards.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in operating and repairing energy equipment, buildings, and structures.

• Valid industrial safety training certification for hazardous production facilities, with current knowledge verification documents.
