Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Engenheiro de Processos (Process Engineer) to drive manufacturing process improvements, new product development, and client support at our Araras, SP facility. This mid-level role focuses on Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen events, and TPM implementation to optimize production efficiency, equipment reliability, and safety. Key Responsibilities

As our Process Engineer, you will:

• Champion TPM (Toyota Production System) implementation, ideally with prior pillar leadership experience.
• Lead Kaizen projects directly on the factory floor to boost operational efficiency.
• Develop, deploy, and monitor key production KPIs and indicators.
• Drive improvement projects across manufacturing performance, new equipment setups, reliability enhancements, product optimization, and safety protocols.
• Implement and manage CMMS systems for proactive maintenance.
• Facilitate root cause analysis for equipment failures.
• Lead cross-functional teams and deliver hands-on training to production personnel.

Required Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you need:

• A degree in Mechanical, Production, Automation Engineering or related fields.
• Advanced English proficiency for technical communication.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Lean Manufacturing certification (Green Belt or Black Belt).
• Residency within 100km of Araras (e.g., Limeira, Rio Claro areas).
