Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day impact will include:

• Analyzing business requirements and designing solutions for the FACTS Legacy ERP across critical functions like procurement, accounting, and supply chain.
• Developing, testing, managing, and supporting ERP programs using Business Basic (BBx Pro5).
• Enhancing coding and testing standards, including automation of functional and regression testing.
• Maintaining accountability for IT Controls, SOX compliance, and audit findings on the FACTS platform.
• Supporting KPIs and BPM metrics for Harvard Major Rugby and FirstVet business units.
• Facilitating integrations with applications such as EDI, CRM, Manhattan SCALE, Websites, Salesforce, and SOVOS.
• Collaborating with Business Analysts to create process diagrams, high-level design documents, and implementation guides.
• Staying abreast of Business Basic advancements to recommend upgrades and innovations.
• Partnering with infrastructure teams for reliable operations and serving as a liaison between business analysts and IT development teams.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 8-10 years of preferred experience in Business Basic (BBx) development, with extensive ERP application expertise.
