This full-time Engineer role focuses on Application Development and Maintenance within the ServiceNow Platform. Based in Bonifacio Global City-Taguig, Philippines, you'll join a cross-functional team configuring and coding ServiceNow solutions to meet internal and external business needs. Expect to work on complex projects involving enhancements, integrations, and best practices in a healthcare technology environment. Key Responsibilities

As a ServiceNow Engineer at Cardinal Health, your impact will be immediate and strategic:

• Collaborate with business analysts and clients to build enhancements, workflows, flows, and scoped apps in ServiceNow.
• Design new applications and integrations using APIs, data feeds, SSO, LDAP, and other methods for seamless connectivity.
• Partner internally and externally to optimize user experiences and implement interfaces with external systems.
• Execute platform installations, configurations, upgrades, patches, and promote CMDB/ITIL best practices with out-of-the-box solutions.
• Mentor less experienced colleagues, recommend process improvements, and participate in platform communities to adopt emerging technologies.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed, bring these credentials:

• 4-8 years of hands-on experience developing enterprise software solutions.
• BA/BS or equivalent in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in Configuration Management; ITIL v3 certification advantageous.
• Proven expertise in ServiceNow instance upgrades, web technologies (AJAX, XML, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, SOAP/REST), databases, and SDLC processes.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Configuration, Release Management) plus scripting (PowerShell, Perl, Python) and cloud (GCP/AWS).
• Experience with runbook automation, data integration, and solving complex technical problems innovatively.
