Role Overview

As an Engineer III, Kubernetes (Hybrid) in Toronto, Canada, you'll elevate our Kubernetes platforms to new heights. This hands-on role demands deep expertise in Kubernetes and the cloud-native stack for massive-scale deployments. Hybrid setup requires 2-3 days weekly on-site once our Toronto development center is established. Key Responsibilities

Design Scalable Solutions

Leverage your cloud-native architecture expertise to design and implement hybrid multi-cloud Kubernetes platforms operating at unprecedented scale.

Maintain and enhance high-reliability for large-scale infrastructure systems, ensuring zero downtime in business-critical environments.

Integrate Open-Source Tech

Evaluate, integrate, and optimize open-source tools like Helm, Rook, FluxCD, Argo, ClusterAPI, and Cilium into workflows.

Drive Technical Direction

Provide insights for evolving Kubernetes services, influencing platform strategy with proven large-scale experience.

Mentor and Collaborate

Guide junior engineers, fostering collaborative decision-making on infrastructure choices in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

Core Technical Skills
