Role Overview

As an Engineer, SAP Supply Chain (SCE) in our Bangalore Innovation Centre, you'll spearhead Supply Chain Execution functions for the Pharma business segment. This full-time role within Application Development & Maintenance demands functional SAP expertise to configure, enhance, and sustain critical software systems.

  • Provide leadership during problem-solving and crisis management, guiding teams to resolution.
  • Identify gaps between requirements and current solutions, developing options and estimates to bridge them.
  • Communicate effectively with IT partners and stakeholders while collaborating with onsite and offshore teams for software delivery.
  • Monitor critical SCE processes, implement alerting, and automate recurrent incidents to minimize downtime.
  • Support prioritization meetings for enhancements and defects, offering functional expertise and guidance.
  • Maintain an enterprise perspective, demonstrating strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Convert specifications into test scenarios/scripts and ensure IT Controls, SOX compliance, and audit readiness for the SAP Pharma Platform.
