Key Responsibilities at Datadog

• Lead and Scale Engineering Team: Mentor and grow a team of 5+ security engineers focused on reusable platform tooling for Datadog's observability stack.
• Build the Golden Path: Design secure-by-default configurations and self-service tools for network security, compute security, and authentication workflows.
• Architect Security Primitives: Partner with Platform and Infrastructure teams to embed security into system foundations, treating it as a high-availability requirement.
