As an Enterprise Account Executive, Acquisition, you'll hunt net-new logos, manage full-cycle deals, and partner with CTOs and engineering leaders to deploy MongoDB Atlas - the only globally distributed, multi-cloud database across AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure.

Key Responsibilities at MongoDB

  • Prospect directly into CTOs, Engineering/IT leaders, and technical decision-makers
  • Identify and penetrate net-new customers through sophisticated outbound campaigns
  • Manage complete sales cycles for MongoDB Products & Services including Atlas
  • Develop and execute strategic territory plans achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Build and maintain robust sales pipelines in Salesforce and Clari
  • Leverage premium tools: Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Sendoso, Outreach
  • Collaborate across the MongoDB sales ecosystem driving partnerships and initiatives
  • Cultivate C-level relationships ensuring successful solution adoption and expansion
  • Articulate complex NoSQL database value propositions to technical audiences

Qualifications & Requirements

To thrive as a MongoDB Enterprise Account Executive in Mexico City:

  • 3+ years full-cycle sales experience - proven new customer acquisition
  • Cold calling mastery with creative pipeline generation strategies
