This high-impact role focuses exclusively on new business acquisition (100% net new logo) within assigned territories across Southeast Asia. This hybrid role is based in Singapore and requires Thai communication skills (must-have) to drive enterprise adoption of NoSQL solutions and modern data platforms.

Key Responsibilities at MongoDB

  • Proactively prospect, identify, qualify, and develop a robust sales pipeline focused on 100% net new logo acquisition
  • Close business to consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual new business revenue targets
  • Strategically prospect into CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, and technical end users across enterprise accounts
  • Participate actively in MongoDB's comprehensive Sales Bootcamp, sophisticated sales training, and leadership development programs
  • Partner closely with Solutions Architects and Professional Services teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and successful deployments
  • Formulate and execute territory-specific sales strategies that drive predictable revenue growth
  • Build business champions and expertly manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes
  • Leverage sales methodologies like MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger Sales to win competitive deals
  • Develop deep product expertise in MongoDB's unified database platform and database market dynamics

To succeed as a MongoDB Enterprise Account Executive, you bring:

  • Thai communication skills (Mandatory requirement)
  • 7+ years of quota-carrying field sales experience in fast-paced, competitive markets with proven new business focus
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate complex business value of enterprise technology solutions to C-level executives
  • Proven track record of sales overachievement (President's Club, Rep of the Year, consistent quota attainment)
  • Expertise in building business champions and navigating complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers
  • Driven, competitive mindset with strong desire for personal and professional success
  • Strong time management skills and disciplined approach to opportunity qualification
  • High EQ and self-awareness with rapid learning aptitude to establish immediate credibility
