Join MongoDB as an Enterprise Account Executive in Dubai and drive revenue growth across the African market's Digital Enterprise ecosystem. MongoDB, the modern developer data platform powering the AI era, seeks a hardworking, driven A-player with superb energy and passion for new business acquisition. This role focuses exclusively on formulating and executing sales strategies that deliver revenue growth and new customer acquisition in territories rich with Unicorns, VC-funded startups, and Fintechs.

MongoDB's unified NoSQL database platform—the most widely available, globally distributed database—helps organizations modernize legacy workloads, embrace innovation, and unleash AI capabilities. With MongoDB Atlas, our cloud-native platform available across AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure, you'll sell the future of databases to innovative companies relying on MongoDB for their most critical applications.

Based in Dubai for our hybrid working model, you'll manage MongoDB's extensive presence in Digital Natives while expanding into new opportunities. Fluency in French is required to effectively serve the African market.

Key Responsibilities at MongoDB

  • Proactively identify, qualify, and close a robust sales pipeline driving net new revenue.
  • Strategically prospect into CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, and technical end users using outbound cadences.
  • Build strong, effective relationships that create expansion opportunities and customer loyalty.
  • Partner closely with Solution Architects and Professional Services teams to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with enterprise ecosystem partners and channel sales to maximize deal sizes and accelerate growth.
  • Participate in comprehensive sales enablement including Sales Bootcamp, MEDDIC training, and leadership programs.
  • Own your territory by developing and executing proactive outbound strategies (email, calls, social selling).
  • Focus on MongoDB's Digital Enterprise ecosystem including Unicorns, VC-funded startups, and Fintech innovators.
  • Demonstrate MongoDB's business value in modernizing workloads and powering AI applications.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed as an Enterprise Account Executive at MongoDB, you'll bring:

  • 5+ years of field/Enterprise software sales experience with consistent quota attainment in fast-paced markets.
  • Proven success closing net new logos and expanding accounts with large Digital Natives.
  • Expertise in territory ownership and pipeline building through proactive outbound prospecting.
  • Demonstrated overachievement of sales targets with a track record of consistent performance.
  • Strong ability to articulate complex enterprise technology value propositions like MongoDB Atlas.
  • Skilled in building business champions and navigating technical decision-makers.
  • High sense of urgency, personal accountability, and ownership mentality.
  • Must be located in Dubai and fluent in French for African market coverage.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience preferred.
