Role Overview

MongoDB seeks a driven Enterprise Account Executive based in Paris for our hybrid model. Focus exclusively on new business acquisition and revenue growth within assigned territory.   • Professional Services Integration: Work with PS team to deliver exceptional customer outcomes and satisfaction

  • Sales Enablement Participation: Excel in Sales Bootcamp, sophisticated training, and leadership development programs
  • Territory Domination: Execute comprehensive sales strategy achieving new customer acquisition targets
  • Methodology Execution: Apply proven frameworks like MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger Sales in complex cycles

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 4+ years quota-carrying field sales experience in competitive, fast-paced enterprise software markets
  • Demonstrated success growing accounts through complex sales processes to Enterprise clients
  • Consistent overachievement of sales quotas and revenue targets
  • Expertise articulating business value of complex technical solutions like multi-cloud databases
  • Proven skill building business champions within technical buying committees
  • Highly driven, competitive nature with relentless desire for success
  • Language: Fluency in French and English (mandatory for Paris territory)

Preferred: Passion for database technology, familiarity with NoSQL/MongoDB, prior sales methodology training.
