Based in Singapore for our hybrid working model, you'll target strategic accounts in Indonesia, leveraging your fluency in Bahasa Indonesia to build relationships and close complex enterprise deals. Key Responsibilities at MongoDB

  • Proactively prospect, identify, qualify, and develop a sales pipeline targeting Indonesia enterprises for MongoDB solutions.
  • Close business to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, uncovering growth opportunities in NoSQL and database modernization.
  • Participate in sales enablement trainings, including comprehensive Sales Bootcamp, sophisticated methodologies, and leadership programs.
  • Work closely with Professional Services to drive customer satisfaction and adoption of MongoDB Atlas.
  • Execute a daring consultative selling approach using MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger Sales in complex enterprise environments.
  • Leverage channels and ecosystems in Indonesia to accelerate new customer acquisition.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of MongoDB products, AI database capabilities, and competitive landscape.
  • Manage time and resources effectively, qualifying opportunities with a sound, data-driven approach.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed as an Enterprise Account Executive at MongoDB, you need:

  • BA/BS degree required.
  • 8+ years of quota-carrying field sales experience in fast-paced markets, with focus on Indonesia strategic accounts.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia—must be fluent to engage effectively with key decision-makers.
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate business value of complex enterprise technology like MongoDB's unified database platform.
  • Track record of overachievement, consistently hitting sales targets in competitive environments.
  • Skilled in building business champions and running complex sales processes.
  • Previous training in sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger Sales.
  • Familiarity with databases, developers, and open source technology (a plus for MongoDB expertise).
