Join MongoDB as an Enterprise Account Executive, Growth and drive the expansion of the world's leading Modern Developer Data Platform. This high-impact role focuses on growing existing MongoDB customers by landing new workloads and expanding usage of MongoDB Atlas across their organizations. Based in the Southeast US (Atlanta, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina), you'll prospect into CTOs, Engineering leaders, and technical decision-makers to deliver transformative NoSQL database solutions.

Key Responsibilities at MongoDB

  • Strategic Prospecting: Target CTOs, VP Engineering, IT Directors, and technical end users within existing MongoDB accounts
  • Account Expansion: Grow current customer base by identifying and landing new workloads on MongoDB Atlas
  • Full-Cycle Ownership: Manage complete sales cycle for MongoDB Products & Services from discovery to expansion
  • Territory Mastery: Develop and execute comprehensive territory plan to consistently achieve revenue targets
  • Ecosystem Collaboration: Partner with sales engineers, customer success, and channel teams to drive initiatives
  • Pipeline Building: Construct robust sales pipeline using Salesforce, Clari, and advanced prospecting tools
  • Tool Optimization: Leverage Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Sendoso, and Outreach for maximum efficiency
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Cultivate C-level and technical relationships for sustained solution adoption
  • Cloud Co-Selling: Partner with AWS, Azure, GCP teams and GSIs like Accenture for joint opportunities

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed as an Enterprise Account Executive, Growth at MongoDB, you'll bring:

  • 5+ years quota-carrying field sales experience with proven new workload acquisition
  • Demonstrated success expanding existing accounts horizontally across business units
  • Consistent track record of overachievement against sales targets in enterprise software
  • Expertise articulating complex technical business value to executive audiences
  • Familiarity with modern databases, developer platforms, and cloud-native architecture
  • Experience with sales methodologies (MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales) preferred
  • Must reside in territory (Atlanta, Florida, North Carolina, or South Carolina)
