Key Responsibilities at MongoDB

  • Proactively build and close sales pipelines: Identify, qualify, and execute complex enterprise deals using proven sales methodologies.
  • Strategic prospecting: Target CTOs, VP Engineering, IT Directors, and technical end-users in your Paris territory.
  • Relationship mastery: Develop business champions and C-level relationships that drive expansion opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed as an Enterprise Account Executive at MongoDB, you need:

  • 4+ years quota-carrying sales experience in competitive enterprise software markets
  • Demonstrated overachievement with consistent quota attainment
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles with Fortune 500 enterprises
  • Fluency in French and English (mandatory for Paris location)
  • Proven ability to articulate technical business value of databases and cloud platforms
