  • Participate in sales enablement training, including Bootcamp and advanced methodologies like MEDDIC.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • BA/BS degree required.
  • 7+ years quota-carrying sales experience in fast-paced, competitive markets with new business focus.
  • Track record of overachievement and consistent sales target attainment.
  • Ability to articulate business value of complex enterprise tech like NoSQL and developer data platforms.
  • Expertise in sales methodologies (MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger).
  • Fluent English; must live in Taiwan for hybrid Taipei-based role.
  • Familiarity with databases, open source, and MongoDB products a strong plus.
  • High EQ, quick learner, competitive drive, and strong time management.
