Key Responsibilities at MongoDB

  • Proactively identify, qualify, and close a robust sales pipeline targeting Financial Services in Eastern Europe.
  • Strategically prospect into CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, and technical end users using MEDDPICC methodologies.
  • Build strong relationships that uncover expansion opportunities and long-term partnerships.
  • Partner with Solution Architects and Professional Services to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with channel partners and ecosystem sales teams to maximize deal sizes and accelerate growth.
  • Participate in sales enablement, including comprehensive Sales Bootcamp, advanced training, and leadership programs.
  • Drive adoption of MongoDB Atlas for mission-critical financial workloads requiring global distribution and multi-cloud flexibility.
  • Execute face-to-face sales with Eastern European customers, leveraging your 4+ years of regional expertise.
  • Consistently overachieve quota by winning strategic deals core to customers' business operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Enterprise Financial Services experience: Opening banks and insurance accounts from scratch.
  • C-Level selling expertise: Strategic mindset with focus on key account initiatives.

  • Quota overachievement: Consistent track record with scalable sales processes.
