Key Responsibilities at MongoDB

  • Manage Cloud Partner relationships across China reporting directly to Regional Director Mainland China
  • Develop and execute powerful go-to-market programs with co-selling and co-marketing initiatives
  • Drive sales enablement and field alignment delivering incremental MongoDB revenue growth
  • Own New ACV quota achievement and pipeline creation for MongoDB as a Service business
  • Partner with regional sales teams to prospect, qualify, and develop high-value opportunities
  • Deliver business and technical expertise helping partners articulate MongoDB business value
  • Collaborate with MongoDB's Global Partner team, Pre-sales, Post-sales, and Marketing organizations

Qualifications & Requirements

We're seeking proven sales hunters with deep China cloud market expertise:

  • 5+ years quota-carrying experience in fast-paced competitive enterprise software markets
  • Proven success selling to/generating pipeline with Alibaba, Tencent, AWS China, Baidu
  • Technical fluency in cloud computing, databases, IaaS platforms, DevOps practices
  • Track record of consistent overachievement against aggressive sales targets
  • Mastery of sales methodologies (MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales)
  • Bilingual English/Chinese required; must reside in Beijing, Shanghai, or Shenzhen
  • Passionate about databases and rapid career growth in MongoDB's modern data platform

  • Proactively prospect, identify, qualify, and develop sales pipeline with partner sales teams
