Key Responsibilities at Datadog

  • Partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives and Solution Engineering teams to seamlessly onboard, train, and drive proactive adoption among enterprise customers using Datadog's observability tools.
  • Proactively build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders to cultivate loyalty, advocacy, and long-term partnerships within customer organizations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across sales, support, enablement, product, finance, and legal teams to deliver holistic customer experiences.
  • Own and expertly project manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new high-value customers, ensuring rapid time-to-value.
  • Position yourself as a trusted advisor, co-creating clear, concise strategic plans aligned with customers' business goals and DevOps objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze usage trends and metrics to proactively identify renewal risks, expansion opportunities, and contract optimization strategies.
  • Drive new product attachment by demonstrating the full power of Datadog's cloud monitoring, security, and observability suite.
  • Advocate relentlessly for customer needs internally while spotting and pursuing growth opportunities in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to enhance customer health scores and predict churn risks effectively.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 3+ years in a Customer Success, Account Management, or similar role, with a proven track record in enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse portfolio of accounts rolling up to large-scale enterprise corporate clients.
  • Extensive experience working with Fortune 1000 companies and global brands across industries like tech, finance, retail, and more.
  • Superior communication skills with meticulous attention to detail, adept at engaging CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and DevOps professionals.
  • Strong background in B2B tech or SaaS companies, ideally with exposure to cloud monitoring or observability platforms.
  • Comfortable with travel for customer onsite visits, events, and relationship-building activities as needed.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English; French proficiency a plus for Paris-based role.
