Key Responsibilities at Datadog

  • Partner with Sales and Technical Solutions teams to proactively drive product utilization from onboarding through full maturity phases
  • Design, execute, and project manage comprehensive onboarding processes for new enterprise customers
  • Create customized success plans and take full ownership of their execution and ongoing management
  • Maintain continuous alignment with customer executives on Datadog's ROI and business impact
  • Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with decision-makers and influential stakeholders within customer organizations
  • Collaborate across Sales, Support, Enablement, Product, Finance, and Legal teams for seamless customer delivery
  • Proactively monitor usage analytics to identify expansion opportunities and mitigate risks early
  • Serve as the definitive owner of customer health scores, product adoption, and overall success metrics
  • Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with enterprise accounts
  • Champion customer feedback loops to influence product roadmap and feature development
