  • Maintain, build, and own comprehensive relationship maps for your Nordics territory, including existing contacts and high-value aspirational targets.
  • Develop a deep comprehension of customer businesses, identifying cloud operation pain points and migration challenges.
  • Negotiate favorable pricing and business terms with large enterprises by articulating Datadog's unmatched value and ROI.
  • Manage existing customer expectations while expanding reach and depth within assigned territory for upsell opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven closing experience in field sales across mid-market and enterprise segments.
  • Driven performer who has met/exceeded $1M+ annual sales goals with average deal sizes of $100k+.
  • Self-starter able to prospect and build pipeline independently using proven methodologies.
  • Experience at an innovative tech company, preferably SaaS, IT infrastructure, or cloud observability providers.
  • Track record selling into Fortune 1000 companies and winning new logos in competitive environments.
  • Comfortable with regular regional travel to client sites as required by business demands.
