Role Overview

The Enterprise Solutions Sr Analyst position at PepsiCo in Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City, is a pivotal role within the Global Transportation Management System (GTMS) program. This initiative powers the 'Seed to Shelf' supply chain, optimizing the transportation of finished products and raw materials to customers worldwide. Leveraging a strategic partnership with Blue Yonder, PepsiCo utilizes Transportation Planner and Transportation Manager modules, integrated with SAP, legacy systems, and third-party applications for seamless operations including master data, orders, load tenders, appointments, and freight costing.

As a key player, you will become a subject matter expert (SME) in GTMS business processes, delivering network-wide shipment visibility, carrier performance management, on-time delivery reporting, dock appointments, and freight pay capabilities across North America, LATAM, ESSA, and AMENA regions.

Key Responsibilities

Business Requirements and Process Design

Lead the collection and documentation of GTMS business requirements, such as user stories, and create comprehensive business process design documents for the GTMS application spanning multiple global regions.

Solution Configuration and Enhancements

Partner closely with global and sector business teams to define configurations and enhancements in the Blue Yonder GTMS solution, maximizing business value through technology innovation.

Integration Expertise

Collaborate with teams to enhance integrations with SAP S/4HANA under the PepsiCo Global Template initiative, ensuring robust connectivity for orders, load tenders, post-goods issue, and costing.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Act as a business process SME, working hand-in-hand with Global Transportation product managers, product owners, solution integrators, and architects to drive project success.

Value Delivery

Contribute to GTMS value drivers like shipment visibility, metrics availability, carrier management, and on-time delivery, supporting PepsiCo's supply chain excellence.

Qualifications & Requirements

To thrive in this role, candidates need a minimum of 3-5 years of related IT business experience in project management delivery and/or business relationship management. A strong foundation of 2-3 years with Blue Yonder Transportation Planner and Transportation Manager is essential. Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry is preferred, with transportation domain knowledge and SAP expertise highly valued.

Demonstrated competencies include requirements gathering, solution design, and technology innovation. Familiarity with transportation management platforms like Blue Yonder or SAP S/4 Transportation Management, plus inventory and warehouse management systems, is advantageous.
