Role Overview

The Enterprise Solutions Sr Manager position at PepsiCo in Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City, is a pivotal leadership role within the IT Delivery team. Reporting into R&D Corporate Solutions, this role focuses on end-to-end delivery of Supplier Management programs, including Material Qualification and Supplier Quality Assurance, in partnership with two SaaS solution vendors. Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery Management

Lead the full lifecycle of IT projects, from planning to execution, ensuring they stay within scope, budget, and timelines while complying with PepsiCo's policies and quality standards.

Stakeholder Engagement

Serve as the key liaison between business stakeholders, external vendors, and internal technical teams. Deliver regular progress updates, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies to keep everyone aligned.

Governance & Methodology

Implement Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies, monitor sprint commitments, and facilitate essential ceremonies like stand-ups and retrospectives for optimal project flow.

Risk & Issue Management

Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, managing them effectively and escalating scope, schedule, or resource decisions as needed.

Quality Assurance & Leadership

Oversee solution designs, SIT/UAT testing, and defect resolution to ensure defect-free deliverables. Lead internal teams and vendors while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements
