• Develop, maintain, improve, and provide expert guidance on environmental processes and policies to support CCS, solar, wind, and net-zero projects.
• Assess environmental risks, deliver actionable recommendations, and execute approved strategies, including all required regulatory documentation.
• Coordinate comprehensive environmental planning, scheduling, and cost estimating, with preparation of detailed environmental impact assessments.
• Lead complex projects or programs with significant risk, developing execution strategies and managing resource needs.

Required Qualifications

Environmental Specialist IV

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of environmental experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of multifaceted environmental experience.
• Preferred: 10+ years in environmental soil and groundwater assessment/remediation at CERCLA (Superfund) and RCRA sites.

Other Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong PC skills.
• Proven leadership in high-complexity projects.
