As an Equipment Adjuster at PepsiCo's baby food production plant in Chermoshnoy (Kursk Oblast), you will play a critical role in maintaining seamless operations of our state-of-the-art automated production lines. This full-time position involves hands-on technical work to ensure equipment runs efficiently, minimizing downtime and upholding our commitment to quality in food production. Reporting to the production supervisor, you'll work a rotating shift schedule (day/night/rest/off) from 08:00-20:00 or 20:00-08:00, with corporate transport provided from Kursk to the site.
