  • Expanding EDI capabilities for diverse operations including incoming/outgoing shipments, self-pickup, rail transport, refrigerated logistics, exports, and hazardous cargo using SAP and 1C ERP systems.
  • Formulating requirements, prioritizing enhancements, and balancing business value with Russian ETD legislation.
  • Organizing business requirements, development timelines, testing, user training, and support handovers.
  • Leading an ETD specialist team through task allocation, competency development, and performance management.
  • Monitoring key metrics like exchange coverage, quality, errors, signing discipline, and business process impacts.
  • Analyzing incidents with support teams, escalating issues, and implementing root cause analytics and corrective actions alongside IT.
  • Developing automation tools and reporting to minimize manual work and ensure end-to-end process stability.
  • Facilitating partnerships with EDI providers, carriers, forwarders, customers, and suppliers to establish best practices.
  • Conducting testing for developments, incidents, provider changes, and new eDoc types or counterparties.
  • Creating Business Continuity Plans (BCP) for mass incident scenarios involving company systems, EDI services, or GIS.
  • Tracking and assessing evolving state requirements in electronic transport documents.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this role, you need:

  • A higher education degree in management, economics, digital technologies, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in EDI/GIS projects, new process implementations, and stakeholder management.
  • Proven track record in deploying or scaling eTRN/ETRN and other electronic transport documents (highly preferred).
  • Experience leading project teams of specialists.
  • Deep understanding of Russian legislation on electronic document management and transport documents.
  • Familiarity with Order-to-Cash and Procurement processes integrated with EDI.
