Account management (Sales development)
- Long tail account management
- Customer success processes and metrics
- Churn and account reactivation analysis and metrics
- Customer interaction/journey analysis
Customer service (Supply chain)
- Forecasting and demand planning
- Service Level metrics and processes
- Customer support, complain analysis and processes.
- Admin processes optimization
Team collaboration
- Collaboration on digital marketing plan and automation processes.
- Foster the use of local CRM and exploit all capabilities to its full potential
Qualifications
- BA in Pharmacy, Veterinary, Food Chemistry, Biology, Business Administration, Marketing or in a related course of studies.
- Dynamic, independent person who wants to take on challenges in a company belonging to a multinational with opportunities.
- You have always wanted to put your theory into practice.
- Knowledge and previous experience with CRM Microsoft Dynamics and Tableau will be positively value.
- MBA candidate very focused on dealing with clients, ideal previous experience with clients, high analytical capacity
- You are hands-on, proactive, smart and above all creative.
- Excellent oral and written English and Spanish is a must.
