Description

Eurofins Consumer Product Testing (CPT) Turkey is searching for Customer Service Representatives to join their growing team. The corporate office is located in Mahmutbey, Bağcılar.

Please note that this job posting is by a textile, hard goods, and toys testing laboratory. Only applicants with prior experience in the TIC industry will be considered for the position.

Responsibilities:

• Registration of new jobs.
• Dispatching samples to the appropriate labs.
• Generating client reports using the test results provided by the labs.
• Providing client support via telephone and e-mail.
• Helping with the preparation of sales quotes in coordination with the sales department.
• Providing an environment for a sustainable client portfolio.
• Engaging in activities that increase customer satisfaction.
• Working alongside clients and the sales department in large-scale projects.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Textile Engineering, Chemistry or Textiles.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
• Advance knowledge of laboratory reporting.
• Advance knowledge of Microsoft programs: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Residency on the European side of Istanbul.
• No military obligation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least two years of experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering or Business Administration.
• MBA degree.
• Residency on the European side of Istanbul.
