Description

•    Supervision of customer projects with subcontracted analytical services within the Eurofins Group
•    Planning and organization of customer projects and related deliverables together with Eurofins partner laboratories
•    Collaboration in the preparation of quotations
•    Upselling of analytical services from the Eurofins Group to existing and new clients
•    Mapping and configuration of projects in the eLIMS system
•    Ensuring that the commissioned analytical work is carried out properly and on time, as well as co-responsibility for GMP-compliant execution
•    Approval of analysis results and reports
•    Supervision and scientific support of ongoing customer projects and participation in the acquisition of new projects
•    Assuring accurate and timely billing in line with the agreed project terms and services provided
•    General process optimization and further development of the GMP laboratory site

Qualifications

•    Completed studies in the field of life sciences, Bachelor and/or Master degree (Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology)
•    At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in a regulated environment (ISO 17025, GLP, ideally GMP)
•    High customer and service orientation
•    Very good understanding of IT and Office applications, ideally experience with LIMS systems
•    Ideally experience in Project Management
•    You are a team player, committed, responsible and reliable
•    Good verbal and written communication competences
•    Good German and good English skills
•    Knowledge of French is an advantage
