Lab analyst Parenterals & Liquids

As a lab analyst within Parenterals and Liquds, you will be responsible for supporting the preparation of different types of formulations that will be mostly used for in vivo testing. In some cases, it is necessary to perform analysis to evaluate the assay, stability, solid state and particle size.

1. The analytical testing is performed according to clearly defined methods or protocols using:

• X-Ray Diffraction (XRD)
• Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography (UPLC)
• Particle Size Distribution (PSD)
• Osmometer
• pHmeter
• Density meter 

1.  Responsible for keeping communication with client contacts about priorities, planning, challenges faced during the preparations.
2.  Follow up with new request via Mosaïc software and plan the formulation manufacturing independently.
3. Perform assays and stability analysis in formulations and processing results via Empower software.
4. Responsible for storing the data generated from the experiments in ELN or Signals.
5. Responsible for checking and refilling excipients and lab consumables used in the daily routine, that are missing or running low.
6. Ensure that applicable guidelines, established operating procedures and safety regulations adhering to company work standards are followed.
7. Responsible for constantly check the availability of solutions that will be used for formulation preparation, plan the preparation upfront.
8.  Responsible for generating reports to send to requesters, when asked.

Qualifications

• A bachelor degree in chemistry / Biochemistry. 
• Confident, articulate, and professional speaking skills in English. 
• The ability to ensure high scientific quality standards for experiments and take on responsibility for these experiments.
• A proactive approach, adaptive and a sense of urgency attitude.
• Fast-learning and accurate.

• A full-time (40hours/week) Monday – Friday job.
