Description

•Carry out the assigned Lean projects / transformations independently with zero conflicts by utilizing change management and project management skills

•Own, manage and track local Lean implementation plan (both short term during the Lean project but also long-term for continuous improvement)

•Ensure appropriate local resources are involved and trained during the Lean project and ensure sustenance

•Support in managing performance management infrastructure, namely the definition, tracking and reporting of KPIs, adequate structure of meetings and performance dialogues and definition and implementation of corrective action

•Coach/ train local Lean teams in Lean methodology and toolset following the Lean Academy curriculum

•Independently manage IDEA generation program from generation until implementation and ensure sustenance

Qualifications

Bachelors/Post Graduate’s in science (Good knowledge in lab processes involved in drug discovery & development is a must)

Lean certification from a reputed institute
